Two kiwifruit a day improves your mood

Some Researchers from the University of Otago have found out that if you eat two kiwifruit every day it can improve a person’s mood and give them lots of energy.
A study was done on 54 male university students that were quite young and there vitamin C levels were low because they ate little fresh fruit.
The study showed that the ones that ate two kiwifruit a day felt they had more energy than those who didn’t.
The changes seem to be related to high doses of vitamin C in kiwifruit. The study shows good evidence that there are measurable health benefits from eating a good amount of fruit and vegetables a day.
That is realy interesting.
